After being dishonorably discharged from the army early in his life, Albrecht turned to a life of violent crime and self-destruction. Konstantin took him under his wing when he was at a low point in his life. Although not the sharpest knife in the drawer, he is loyal as a dog and has worked himself up to Konstantin’s primary enforcer.
A career criminal and hitman of French Algerian descent, empty of much meaning or purpose. As far as his memory allows, Garland has felt homicidal urges which he claims are directed by an inner voice. Because he had to learn how to mimic feelings to get by, Garland also learned how easy it is to manipulate, destroy lives, and murder people to amuse himself. He can be recognized by his oversized signet ring and is sometimes seen with his enigmatic apache gun.
